verizon spamming my opponent

reason: 571 Email from 64.140.120.57 is currently blocked by Verizon Online's anti-spam system


anyone know how to resolve? It worked and now this when he tries to send.

You could always use something like a shared Dropbox or shared Google Drive folder instead of relying on email to get the PBEM files.
