Blitzkrieg: how is it done?

SPWaW is a tactical squad-level World War II game on single platoon or up to an entire battalion through Europe and the Pacific (1939 to 1945).

Question: are there any tutorials for how to properly conduct blitzkrieg? I have been through SPWAW Depot's combat school many years ago, I still remember some details, but I have 0 recollection about executing blitzkrieg. What scenarios and campaigns can you recommed to learn about it? My resources at the moment: Enchanced Final Release and ENH France1940 Easy Slot 36 campaign.

I'd like to make historically accurate force, which (to my understanding) means in 1939-1940 half+ of the Germany's tanks are Panzerkampfwagen II
You know what they say, don't you? About how us MechWarriors are the modern knights, how warfare has become civilized now that we have to abide by conventions and rules of war. Don't believe it.
