[0.7.10] Install Problem

When I expand, ie., drop the 0.7.10 rar files, I appear to overwrite the game. The launcher runs but gives an error:

Failed to Initialize Player
Could..... not preload global game manager #0 i=0

I can reload the 0.7.8 patch to restore the game to 0.7.8, but again overwriting with the rar files causes the game not to fail start from the launcher. I assume I am dropping the rar file in the wrong place. However, this is the same place I successfully used to install 0.7.9 Which folder from rar should I be drag-dropping on which folder of the program?

Any advice?

[0.7.10] Install Problem

I am running Windows 8.1. I can see the RAR files. I specifically need to know which folder/file to highlight in RAR and which folder to highlight in Slitherine using EXTRACT. The options I tried led to numerous errors listed in RAR [ie., cannot create ...] and no joy. The option I used for 0.7.9 causes failure in 0.7.10 of the Launch program to start the Player. Sorry.

If you're using Windows 8, Unpacker is your friend. While figuring out where it is really going to drop stuff is not trivial, I use it to yank the files out of the rar file and then copy them to where they need to go.
