Production screen crash

The important parts here are that I am playing unlimited breakdowns. I had broken down the French cav earlier in the game. Both divisions were dispatched to the destroyed pool the same turn. During the production cycle, the game crashed out right after the CW build. I kept hitting resume or continue or whatever it was and also did a reload on a auto save. Eventually, I got the divisional breakdown screen informing me I must recombine the two divisions into the French cav corps in the pool.

Attached is the auto save for the CW production. You should be able to duplicate by doing the CW build and then advancing to the French build phase.
