Port attack, neither side can choose second ship

Hey

I'm playing with my friend NetPlay:
Global war
Turn 1, Allied impulse #1
CW attacking Kiel
We both have version 1.0.8.3

CW was able to choose first target (destroy). Neither side is able to choose second ship (damage). Damage-button is not visible. We tried this many times, always the same problem. I also tried this alone in solo game and everything worked well.

Are we doing something wrong or is it a bug?

Ps also lesson learned. Maybe I should not keep amphibious and transport with all the other ships in the start???

Please confirm if you have upgraded to 1.0.8.3 as this was stated as fixed as of 1.0.7. Which are you using. please?

Both had version 1.0.8.3 when this bug happened.

Game was started earlier with version 1.0.6.

Can it be a problem? After set up and Axis first impulse we had a holiday pause and then downloaded new versions.

No, I don't think beginning the game with 1.0.6 caused this.

One correction. We continued first with 1.0.7 and faced this problem. We did not save the game, we downloaded 1.0.8.3 from forum and tried again few times.
