Can't Advance Game

Playing Barbarossa Scenario I get to the Production Phase but the Form is cut off at the bottom obscuring the 4 buttons one of which is Finalize Production. THen I read page 184 of Voulume 1 2nd column paragrah 2 sayign that the game is UNPLAYABLE if your monitor does not have the minimum dimensions for the forms being 1024x768 (whatever that means). Anyone elese having this problem?

1. Your display properties is where you find your screen resolution and where it can be modified.
2. Depending on your Operating System there's also a place where you can set your display font to small, medium or large. You need the small setting to play the game.
3. One problem means one thread in Tech Support.

Thanks I did that and now I can see the whole layout
