11.17:
Aircraft units on a TRS at sea can ‘fly’ a rebase mission into any friendly controlled coastal hex in the sea area and end their rebase there. This represents unloading aircraft in shallow coastal waters and short stay visits to port.
I have a CW fighter on a TRS in Cape St. Vincent, and it will not let me land in Gibraltar or Free French Morocco. The plane is on the list of planes selectable for rebase, but when I pick it up and move it to a coastal hex, I just get the illegal movement X.
