Game Stuck

Game Crashed while Playing 1.8.0 when it was time to put Reinforcements on the Map

I Installed 1.8.3 and got to the same spot and it happened again

Any Ideas

1.0.8.3 was supposed to fix that. Are you sure you replaced the EXE?
