The KB is heading toward Suva. I have 520AV on the base with 135 aircraft. 80 P39 Aircobra's and 36 Dauntless although 18 are dauntless 2's. I am setting the dauntless for 3 hexes or less because I do not want them flying into that buzz saw.

If he wants to fight, at least I am going to attrit his air force. If he tries a landing he is going to get bruised.

So, the KB has disappeared NW somewhere off radar. It appears that the raid on Suva was both a fishing expedition and to cover the Luganville invasion.

Material continues to flow freely from the east coast to Suva and Australia.

Merauke, Paoshan,

The KB has been loitering NW of Suva probably protecting some landings on Luganville and other islands. Gunnulf makes the comment " Quite funny to see the swarm of SS trailing behind the KB like seagulls after a trawler :)"
