Where is the editor manual?

Where is the scenario editors manual?

Must be blind or something. It makes reference to it in the manual. Thanks guys!

Hasn't been released yet. The link the game is just a 'place holder' for now.

I'm slow. I am working on getting those done now. I ended up with more time spent in code and testing than I thought and the documentation side took a hit. I want to get the Modding Guides up and out with the 2.03 release here in a week or so.
OTS is looking forward to Southern Storm getting released!
