BUG REPORT for Build 481

I have not had this bug/issue prior to installing Build 481, but it appears to be an issue with the 3D Device. I attached a picture of the message here. Please let me know if you need additional information or a close-up picture. For now, I am unable to run Command Build 481. Any suggestions?

Some additional information I just found out. If I hit "OK" on the error message and then hit "Play Command" behind the error message box, the game will launch. However, if I close everything out and just launch from scratch (by double-clicking the icon), I get the error message again.

Game seems okay once it's launched. Any thoughts?

Same here for me. I get this message almost everytime when I open the game. But seems to work afterward.
