Yes Obvert this is precisely what is happening in a number of bases in my game. In this case it was the single attack of a few Avenger's which wiped everything out from 350 to zero, no dispersion, no camo - the bombers just made a bee line to the supply and it was gone.
No. Reread the questions posted by witpqs, and also his comment about dispersal.
Chances are your supplies did not get wiped out by the attack alone, but where
- distributed to the unit(s) (thats the dispersal btw)
- consumed by the unit(s) to perform combat ops (AA)
- used to repair damaged devices
Even the smallest of units can use up a large part of 350 supplies in such a situation. It is simply not enough.
The change of the supplies destroyed per hit logic from scaled to total supply to scaled to bomb effect was exactly introduced to increase the durability of large supply stocks in the face of attacks.
