Pages missing or repeated in hard copy manual

Bought this during the Xmas sale, referring to hard copy manual find pages 51-66 are missing, instead pages 67-82 appear twice.

Yes, I know there's a pdf manual. One of the reasons I bought the disc copy is because it contained a printed manual, which I prefer referring to while playing.
