Australia does not exist

Using v1.0.9, I just got the following window:

All of Australia is in CW control. Earlier in the game I got an Australian reinforcement, so this may be a new bug.

Save game for this will be in my next post in thread "Remove Air phase has disappeared, v1.0.9".

I have the same error with an Australian Mosquito.

looks like a regression bug from the fixes Steve made in the "place units" module. He is going to restructure that module instead of piecemeal fixing it.
