Please make sure your prerequisites have been installed. You can find these in the prerequisite folder. You should also make sure you update to the latest version of command by clicking the update button in the Matrix/Command launcher window.

All done as you explained in forum and checked.With window xp it worked but with new pc win win 7 64 home premium N.It never started.I hope with in a more stable version as soon as possible.Thank you in advance for your effort.

Try 484. Its a developmental build but has cleared up a more recent start crash issue.
