No reversion for Martinique

The CW just conquered Martinique from the Germans, who held it because of a bug when Vichy France was collapsed. MWiF did not give me an opportunity to revert it to France during the Liberation step. Is reversion implemented? Partially implemented?

(Yes, this makes a difference; The US wants to give France oil, and Martinique is a good place to send it, as it only takes one convoy point to get there.)

No. Unfortunately, individual hex reversion has not been coded. You can revert countries but not hexes.
