How would you proceed. Should I turn off the early warning radar with the Stealth bombers first and then attacks fly against SAMs? Of course, with AWACS and Joint Star monitoring + AA CAP.

There are no stealth A/C in this scenario unless you add them. You could do this by adding an airfield at Khamis Mushait in Saudi Arabia and adding the F-117's. You'll find that you will probably be only able to fly 1 mission with them and they will consume a lot of tanker resources.

I go in with Jamming A/C (EF-111 & EA-6) and use my ARM (Anti-Radiation Missiles) to take out missile sites. Use some long range guided weapons on the AAA and then pummel the airfields and ramps with the shorter range guided bombs. Good Luck.
