Aimpoint Counter

I am playing iron hand, and it has units with pretty high aim point counts, and aim points of differing value. Is there a way to see what aim points are contained within the target, and more importantly targeting specific aim points. I mean it seems like I should destroy sam radars first, but sometimes I hit other things first it just depends on the computer I think?

I'm pretty sure during a ARM attack fire control radars are always queued up first.

not using ARMs, this if for cruise missiles(is it the Kh-101?), the isklander, and the Russian version of the Mavrick.
