13294 tons of SUPPLIES consumed by ground element production
0 GROUND ELEMENT factory locations didn't have enough supplies

i'm checked with forum and manual and do not find any reference.

I have stockpile of armaments and manpower but my rocketarty div didnot filled with weapons because i only get ~200 pieces of rocketarty per turn.

So i guess there is a cap on how many weapons you can produce per turn?
