How the 'flack' counting system works? I've created Surface combat TF with only Prince of W. and got Flack:418 next try and Flack:322 same with other ships, so what's the trick?

Do you use the latest version of Pacwar ?
In an earlier version I encountered this strange FLAK strenght on two special TF numbers per side - each time you access the special TF a different FLAK strenght is displayed
I don't have the exact numbers but I rember one TF beeing in the 50 and one in the 80/90 range

I use 3.2 version.

Then this Bug was not corrected
It should happen only with one or two specific TF number and not with all TF
Please post the TF affected and try with higher/lower number TF

Just checked Allied TF's: TF56 and TF90 have floating flak value
