Well, what about the patch to the .exe and the rest of the switches, such as -fd -px -py, etc. Need more info about your specs mate.

Is the apostrophe in "Admiral(s)" correct in the Start In line?

You have nested Beta2 folders for your install location, but your executable only has one of them. Add another /Beta2 and you'll be all set.

what does -archive means ?

The -archive switch creates another subfolder, beneath the SAVE folder, called archive. All the replay-generated reports will be stored there with dates appended to the names, in addition to the copy in the SAVE folder that is overwritten every turn. Thus, you end up with an archive of your reports.
