[B486] Helo deploys towed sonar while in transit

I've tasked some MH-53Es to a mine clearing mission, some distance from their carrier.

In transit, the helos deploy their ROVs which means they travel at only 30kts.

I can work around that by turning off sonar, setting a course, and turning on again when the AO is reached, but that means micromanaging.

The relevant birds are Bell Bottom #1 & #2.

My mistake, it's not the ROV, it's the towed Sonar. Same problem, though.
