Oh, it is going to happen, no two ways around it. Now 2018... about that... so many projects in this country right now requiring federal money, too many. Gazprom only can sell so much gas, and soccer stadiums will have priority over the flot for funds heading forward to 2018.

Re-launch in late 2018 means an operational ship in late 2019 or more likely 2020 at the earliest.

No info on S-400 weapon type or SS-N-26 qty either. Will it be a 1:1 weapon replacement of the existing SSMs? 2:1? 3:1?
