WITPAE Looking for Tutorial pdf

Hi there.
The game manual makes reference to a tutorial pdf document and I have also seen a number of people also make reference to it. My download version of WITPAE has no such pdf - only the main manual. Is anybody able to direct me to this pdf tutorial ?

Tutorial didn't make it to WitP-AE.
