Do you have replacements turned on?
The note for the addition of this states: "Added option on group and LCU reinforcement screen to turn off replacements if game originally started with gloabal replacements ON."

Correct me if I am wrong, but don't you turn replacements/upgrades on or off from the ground unit and air unit screens at the top of the window? That's how I do it.
It seems these screenshots are from the intelligence info part.
Does that make sense[&:]

[/center]That's not true, it was changed a looong time ago in a Beta, might even be in the latest official. Maybe it got broken?ORIGINAL: ny59giants
It is set by the Japanese player at start. If your an Allied player in PBEM, you cannot change it.
You're right, you can't set replacement on/off if the unit aren't in game.ORIGINAL: jcjordan
Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't you only be able to change the replacements when they are in play not when they're yet to arrive hence no turning on/off???

That is when I used it, and it was a tremendous relief! [&o]ORIGINAL: michaelm
It is only available if there are any incoming group/land units with the replacement option on.
Added to help PBEM games which were started with the options ON without realizing, and needed to be turned off.

The starting option for replacements applies to all group/land units when the scenario is set up.
