Resource can't ship home

Looks like a resource shipping bug in China for the Japanese.

I own the resource. (have for several turns)
I own all the rail line to the port.
I have extra convoy points in the sea area and it shows them as being unused.

But when I go to use it, it tells me it doesn't have a valid shipping path to a factory.

Where are the enemy units? Is there a free factory in Japan?

I find there are issues sometimes when trying to transport resources thru rail even with a friendly unit. You can transport out of the the hex but it wont let you transport thru rail lines adjacent to enemy units ZOC even with a friendly unit in the hex..

That's true, the RR transportation of a resource must stop in the first enemy ZOC it enters. From the looks of the screen shot, there are numerous places where that may be happening.

Even if there friendly units on the rail? Thought it was like supply as long as it could go through a friendly unit?

It can ship out of a ZOC but not thru a ZOC even if a friendly unit is present.

Of course not! - you thought you could go through ZoCs occupied by friendly units, and the boardgame doesn't enforce the rules. [:)]
