Global War Setup Error

Was working through setup of Global War. Set up all the Nationalist China units. Ended the phase to then go to the Communist China Setup. Happened to check production and found that all Russian production was eliminated. Russia had several ships in production as well as several in the construction pool. All were missing when I hit the end of phase button to go to the Communist Chinese.

I went through the Communist phase and went to the Commonwealth Setup but the Russian production was still not there.

Save is enclosed. Check the Russian Production and then hit the end of phase button and recheck the Russian production.

This has something to do with when the AutoSaves are made during setup. Manual saves should work.

What has happened is that the save for 'Italy' is made before the USSR sets up its units. Then when the "Italy Setting Up" autosaved game is restored, Italy is the deciding major power (i.e., setting up its units) but the USSR setup has been skipped.

So turn off autosave and see if I can get past the chinese setup. Will try tomorrow.

OK just went back to a save prior to the Chinese setup (not an autosave) and loaded the game - same thing when I get to the Communist Chinese I lose all Russian production (except for an offense) and units in the construction pool
