Access my CW2 digital copy

I ordered a digital copy and installed it on my laptop, which is now broken. Unfortunately, my PDF copy of my receipt with the order number is also stored there. How do I go about getting access to my digital copy without the order number or serial number?

I've already submitted a ticket to AGEod support at support@ageod.co.uk. But the page says I should have the serial number and/or order number. Any advice would be greater appreciated.

If you bought the game from Matrix & registered it, it will be in your games folder.  If not, you can check your email history for an electronic reciept.
