Just the same old cold here. Since December, 7 weeks of below 0 Temps. About one month of not getting above zero for the entire day. Last time there this many days was 1927. But I'll take the cold over the snow hands down.[:)]

Jeez Louize, it's 71 F down here today. I'm in shorts and a tee shirt cutting down the leftovers of my banana trees. The fronts sweep back-and-forth, down here, so we get 35 or 65, depending. Loved the snow we got last week. A winter wonderland for children that never saw that stuff.

So I go out in the morning and smell the crispness, that combination of cold and just the right amount of moisture in the air. It is breathless and righteous. I got snatched up by my past, and got face slapped, and got told there was a mountain out there that was looking for a skier. Well, God disposes, and who am I to say no.

I really like Canada, Idaho, and Utah; Lake Louise and Sun Valley and Alta. I'm not out west anymore, so I'm not so much up on what's going on. Can someone from out there, who's a skier, give me a reading on wtfo?
