Reload bug

Hi, saved the game in the naval phase.

CW, GER, IT duked it out in the sea area and I had to quit while it was asking me if we were continuing to fight.

Saved the game, and am able to reload but the button is greyed out to continue and I can't get the continue naval combat box to reappear.

So either it should warn me that I can't save/quit at that point or when I reload it should allow me to continue.
