No progress in 1.1.13 netplay

1 Digression to rebase ships after overrun is still not working.

2 Port attacks are still impossible.

3 Air to air combat with interception or sometimes without lead to a freeze.


All these bugs were reported from the beginning, 13 patches and 13 weeks and still the same mess!

I can confirm that the rebase ships digression works fine for me, and has since the beginning. Dunno if this matters.
