Multiplayer Scenarios

Post by Gerry4321 »

Hello:

Can you play the campaigns using multiplayer?

Also the blurp speaks of "nine exclusive scenarios available" for multiplayer. If a user creates a new scenario does that mean it could only be played against the AI?

Thanks,

Gerry

Nope, you can create a multiplayer scenario. Hit Tab once you are in the editor. In the second column click Multiplayer and change the value to 1. Presto!

The campaigns cannot be played multiplayer.

The "exclusive" means that there are 9 scenarios that aw MP only. They won't work properly if played with the AI. They are described as such in the scenario description.
Player made scenarios can be AI or MP.

I think it's more accurate to say they are too easy vs. the AI. At least for someone who knows what they're doing. [:'(]

Congratulations on the game and thanks for the answers.

It would be nice to be able to play campaigns using multiplayer down the road. Campaigns bring such a wonderful extra level to games.

I'm not sure if we can do that, Gerry. The campaigns are very one-player centered. They woul need to be rebalanced to allow head to head play.
