Greek Convoy Placement

On setup, the Greek convoys apparently cannot be placed in any port but Athens. Initially I had the same problem with the CA. But after initially placing in Athens, I could move them to other ports.

did you try splitting the convoys?

That's most likely the problem. Greece starts with 10 CP's if memory serves, which equates to 5 ships - too many for a minor port. Athens is the only greek port that can hold them.
