Is there a way to see how much supplies are being consumed by factories?

Event Log has a summary
WitE dev team - (aircraft data)
WitE 1.08+ dev team (data/scenario maintainer)
WitW dev team (aircraft data, partial data/scenario maintainer)
WitE2 dev team (aircraft data)

Not by individual factory but the Logistics Phase Event Log (Hotkey-Shift-e) tells you the total per turn.
