Special Component List?

Has anyone put together a special component list?

I'm modding the TOS-era Romulans, and need to know if the ShadowGhost ECM is the closest approximation of a cloak, or if I should just give them the Shakuri firestorm plasma torp?

A detailed tech tree with all the descriptions more fully fleshed out would be good, too!
