Tutorial Crashing

Starting playing the tutorials. Rally phase played fine. then during the Advanced rally phase (second tutorial) the game crashes everytime right after the initiative roll and you either presh space bar or LMB to continue.
what is wrong?

Follow up - it crashes on all scenarios right after the initiative roll. Presh space bar or LMB and it crashes back to the desktop.
WIN7 2.5GHz processor, 8GB RAM, dual screens, 1920x1080, ATI Radeon HD 4350 with driver 8.851.0.0.

Have you rebooted since installing? There was another report of a crash in the same spot here, rebooting apparently fixed it: tm.asp?m=3546087&mpage=1&key=&#3548866
