I just downloaded it also.
I just started a PBEM a couple of days and we're on turn 3 now. Does anyone know if we'll have to restart our game after installing the patch?

Pocus said that it is compatible but with only three turns in, I would restart.

After installing the patch, I can no longer create corps or armies with the game I had in progress. This is an extreme bummer as it's the end of 1862 (Apr 1861 start) as the Union and I have Grant, Lyon, Sherman, and Thomas all up to 3-Stars. [:'(]
