Partisan defense is meant to be played from the German side. Although the scenario description doesn't specifically state this, it is implied with verbiage such as, "You must capture their headquarters and crush the revolt." No? [:)]

Good come back Mark......I was just fixing to ask him if he had won every scenario vs the Germans first try on hard. Not every game or scenario is going to give you the same challenge. Even I know that. It's when the ai becomes passive on everyone of them that I start to wonder about ai programming. As much as I've been reading about players getting their butts wiped, I don't think this ai needs more aggressiveness. hehe

I think Chem does have a point that it might be a good thing to label the scenarios in some way to make it a bit more clear. E.g., "intended to be played as Germans, single player" or something like that. Or even group the scenarios into "Single player - Russia AI."

I believe it already does say that.

Well, I think what it says is, like Mark said, a description from the German player's view. The multiplayer scenarios clearly say "multiplayer only." Obviously it isn't a big deal, but if there is time to change the wording, it might make it more clear for players.

BTW, in regard to the title of this thread, I think the AI is quite good!

On normal I've won only once (not that I'm any good), but I think the AI has been good and aggressive.

The AI has been making me sweat in the German campaign.
For efficiency's sake, just assume I'm right.

Chem... no confusion... I see what you guys are saying. But playing with the computer's "suggested" default does the job.
