campaign battle/theatre selection button

I have seen an old thread on this topic, but I can't seem to find it now. When you are playing a long campaign and that "select theatre: Pacific, Europe" button set comes up between battles, how do I replicate that? I remember it from the old SP1 game "keep attacking, stop" in some of the add-on campaigns and I would like to add that. Anyone know the thread or the how to?
