Hi there, this game looks good, are there any plans to add the ability to play by pbem?

OMG, no. I'm guessing you haven't played yet? This is an impulse-based, not-turn-based, game. PBEM would be a fragmented mess.

No I haven't played yet, it looks really good though and I thought I would ask :)

If I buy I will have to find some players that live in the UK..

But, Highland... it does support live play over the Interweb thing. And Tom and I designed the multiplayer scenarios so that they are reasonably short.

Mark, if there are plans to put this on an iPad, the short impulse-length turns probably would do pretty well for a PBEM system. It seems like lots of the IOS games have much shorter turn lengths for their PBEM system.
