EF OOB and WF OOB with 2.00 Update

Now with the update, can a platoon from WF OOB be moved into the EF OOB ?

Probably, but the units and weapon data ported from one game to the other would still require modifying the platoon.oobs and weapon data file and would have to be sent to someone so they could be encrypted.

With the -X no encryption, you can mod the game to your hearts content, vs AI only though. See HERE.

For any change to have effect for vs human pkay, you need to have the changes encrypted as Chris pointed out.

Do remember the back-ups though! Or create another install for your mods [:)]
