Soviet campaign-blank map

After completing the first scenario of the Soviet campaign, the game
attempts to load a 'blank map'. Also, the player changes to German
for some reason.

Fixed in 1.03 or later, available here: tm.asp?m=3546087

After you do the update, please resume from your save Orlovka (End) to make sure it loads the proper scenario. Thanks!
