I believe he had a scenario or two of the allied intervention into the Narvik area.

There will be 3 Norway scenarios in the January post. A day or two, if all goes well.

Yes - per previous thread(s), there was a Norway campaign, I beta tested several nodes and the designer never completed it. There wre some technical problems, though the maps were splendid. I still have the camp in beta form, will send to whoever would like it, with the understanidng that none of it can be distributed without the designer's consent.

Offhand I would say get the new Norway scenarios from Redleg, the camp was for a previous version of WAW, no idea how it would play or even load in v7.1.

Yes, we have a Norway campaign...

Hi Prof:

Yes, there is a campaign done for SPWAW on the invasion of Norway from the German point of view. It covers all the major battles and has 8 nodes (battles) including all the historical data to complete the effort. The campaign is done in SPWAW Version 5.0. The maps are awesome and very accuarte as I had a friend in Norway provide me with the historical maps of the time.

The problem lies in the OOB. The Norway OOB has had so many changes over the last two years that I was afraid the campaign would end up with odd units or icons. I needed for it to settle before finishing it.

I got sidetracked but finished two new campaigns (Yangtze River Patrol and Chosin Few) that are available at the Raider's web site.

I have started working on the Norway Project again and hope to finish it within a month or so, work issues permitting. When I am finished with it, it will be posted on the Raider web site.

Way to go, Bruce.

I assume you will per usual make the campaign playable only from the German side.

Perhaps "WAW" really stands for "Wehrmacht At War"??

Hi Bing:

Actually, it started out with play being a Norwegian Resistance effort against the German invader. However, many that did the early testing preferred the play be German with the AI as Norway/France/England. We changed it as 4 out 5 wanted it structured this way.

Wild Bill and I have talked about releasing it as a series of linked sceanios that can be played either way.

I will give that some thought. I have all the historical research data based on a campaign effort and would need to redo this into scenario format.
