CP what to do winter of 1941 ?

Have found myself in a dilemma ...No surprise there !

Have failed to Capture Rostov and those 3 important towns just across the river. So no Army group A or B south.

Means through the winter of 1941 and early 1942 i have command point overload for Army group south. what is the best thing to do ?

I have transfered all sec units to OKH etc and tried to even out units over army group centre /north etc....

do people transfer some frontline units to OKH ? what does this do CV levels ? or am i missing something !

any tips would be greatly appreciated

Relax ...

If the check faild both at corps and army level, there is more than 80% chance that, it would fail even at army group level, even without any oveload .


focus on making the check at corps level , there is your best chance.

thanks for the tip written down and noted, my notes list is growing by the day !! The detail of the game is amazing and is a joy to figure it all out sometimes.

You will get the AGS --> AGA,AGB split, just not before the blizzard.

Your doing the right things and yes, I do put some frontline units with OKH if necessary. Also some Germans with Axis Minor Allie HQ...they have good support units!

Reduce the command capacity overages where you can, but you often can't fix them all, its ok. You will live.
