I'm sure many of you are aware of Deviant Art, he produces the BEST ortho ship plates on the Internet, beautiful for modding into games or as wallpaper too!

Just send him a quick email intro and permission to use and I'm sure he'd be fine with it, if we give him his due accolades and source notes.

Woah. That is a goldmine. There are a few ships there I've been looking for good shots of for ages and some that are way better than what I already have.

Peacekeeper Command Carrier! Plus a way better Event Horizon and Valley Forge than I had previously. Even a detailed Starbug 1! Lol.

This guy really knows his sci-fi.

Here is his official response:

"If you want to use anything I've created for NON-COMMERCIAL use (ie NOT FOR PROFIT) then I have no issues at all as long as you credit me the artist, the relevant modeler of the ship and (where appropriate) the creator of the background. It's not a lot to ask really.

Thanks for enjoying my work, thanks for supporting me, and thanks for just been a good bunch of people. To the dickheads out there, be warned - I didn't need to use any legal means this time but trust me, I will if necessary!"
