Weapon Arcs

Any thoughts on how weapon arc info is going to be provided to the player?

well... they could look it up on the Command wiki, where each unit in the DB has their weapon arcs shown on a neat diagram.

To go down, pull back harder...

It would be nice to have that facility built into the game as there's no guarantee that 2nd party products will be available/updated as time goes on.

You can also look in the editor and look at weapons/Mount info. The arc setting is there.

I ususally play the game from the editor so its pretty easy.

I've set weapon and sensor arcs using the Add command but I haven't been able to then go back and view them once added.

Only arc information I have seen in editor is when you add weapon/mount and you need to give it arc... In other words, it doesn't show the arcs of weapons/mounts already in unit.

That could be what I saw...not at my real PC to check.

BTW is there a way to select 360 degrees arc for a sensor with one click/key?
When I manually add sensors it is quite tedious task to make 16 or 32 clicks to get full coverage. Manual states that when no checkbox is selected it defaults to 360 degrees, but when I try this the message box says: "You have defined no detection arcs for the sensor." I am confused.

No but I'll add a request for a button or something. Pretty reasonable.
