I don't know if this is a settled issue or not. It has happened to me several times before but in all those cases a moving stack ended up in a hex adjacent to the target hex and still moving toward it. In this case, the stack divided and part ended up in a non-adjacent hex.

Is there no fix for the game possible? I have the turns saved if anyone wished to look at them.

Don't know why they split but one exlpanation for the move to a different hex might be hexside ownership. Is it Allied or Japanese?
