The US military already operates a number of ex-Soviet aircraft for war games. This seems like an excellent purchase for the USAF Aggressors at Nellis. Red Flag would be that much more realistic with an actual Bear. I'm sure the Navy could also use it for fleet defense exercises.

All that said, I bet Iron Maiden, or Metallica might be willing to buy it for S&Gs.
