1.1.2 Reorg Bug Pol

Hi,

It costs Rydz (Pol HQI) 4 reorg points to reorganize the LND2 in a Naval action. Is this a bug?

You are using Variable reorganization costs, so it should be:

1 for the FTR3, doubled to 2 because it is not an air action.

This is a bug with the minor HQ reorganizing its own units, and I believe its a known issue.

Fin HQ costs double to reorg Fin INF. Should be straight cost.
