Hey Joe, good to see you around. Your just in time to see me lose China. I hope I'm not the first.[X(]. I thought it might be fun to follow the war with some period stuff. I'd like to get it like a graphic novel but I don't have the time these days. The more you get my but kicked the less time I have for the ARR.

I love mines. When they are on my side. China needs a little more tweeking imho.
RE: Zuluhour vs Zigurat666: Summer of '42
I agree about China. I was doing a little research and I may have found a couple of APAs that should be present earlier. I'm trying to cross check the source. I have to post a detailed situation map of China before a possible collapse.

Friday evening
Burma Corp along with base personnel from Katha are ordered west. It looks like the IJA rested for 24 hours and resumed their advance today. I think I am ok here and this may open up an opportunity.

planning SoPac: This is local planning for the next two weeks. I am going to secure the lower New Hebrides, only Tana is occupied. I want a seaplane base north of Ndeni, the Duff Islands looks good. I am moving search PBYs from Suva to the Yasawa's to get an extra 96nm. Pago Pago will be defended but I am moving AAA and support assets to the Fiji's. Hiva Oa will continue to be a fuel transfer point for the near future. The gap from Baker to Pago is just to large to defend my tankers in.

Burma: Burma Corp is ordered out of Katha on the double, a defense is formed to the east. P38s ordered to sweep at 39,ooo' (Paul canned the house rule) but go in at 13,ooo'. I have never seen this before. 60 Tojos mount a spirited defense over Mandalay. It is a Japanese victory in the air war today. The RAF takes another beating as the Vengeance DBs show up first.
SoPac: Two carriers radioed in from a RAAF CAT at sunset. 40nm due east of Shortland Island, bearing SW down the slot. There is a gathering of capital ships at Tulagi.
